Measurement Protocol

Measurement Sites

For Men:

  • Chest
  • Abdomen
  • Thigh

For Women:

  • Triceps
  • Suprailiac
  • Thigh
Measurement Tips:
  • Take measurements standing, with skin dry and unmarked
  • Measure on the right side of the body
  • Wait 2 seconds after applying caliper
  • Take 2-3 measurements at each site
  • Use the average if measurements differ by more than 1mm
