Measurement Sites
For Men:
- Chest
- Abdomen
- Thigh
For Women:
- Triceps
- Suprailiac
- Thigh
Measurement Tips:
- Take measurements standing, with skin dry and unmarked
- Measure on the right side of the body
- Wait 2 seconds after applying caliper
- Take 2-3 measurements at each site
- Use the average if measurements differ by more than 1mm
